Flax seed represents great filler choice as it adds soothing weight that creates gentle acupressure press and massage to your eyes. This helps to relax, rejuvenate and de-stress your tired eyes. Furthermore, flax seed is herbal flower seed consists of 30-40% natural oil inside the seed. This high oil contents allows flax seed to be warmed or cooled over and over again. Also, when heated, the pillow manage to retain the heat for some time.

 

Why Lemongrass ?

Ayurveda believes the sweet lemony/grassy aroma of lemongrass helps to ease anxiety, calm the minds and relieves stress related symptom. The scent is so relaxing and not painful to the nose The calming effect is especially work wonder for insomnia and depression as it boosts parasympathetic system.

Why Rose ?

The fragrance of rose is commonly associated with romance and love. In fact, in Ayuveda, the rose has a cooling, soothing aroma that calms the heart and pacify the emotions as it balances Sadhaka Pitta, ie. the subdosha of Pitta that governs emotion.
