MULTICELL+Bringing bioscience to lifeMultiCell+® is a Biotechnologies Cultivated Stem Cells produced by recombinant DNA technology and embryonic placenta. MultiCell+® has 191 amino acid residues and a molecular weight of 22,125 daltons. Its amino acid sequence and structure are identical to the dominant form of cultivated cells. MultiCell+® is produced by a placenta cell line (SC127) that has been modified by the addition of the rDNA gene. MutiCell+® is secreted directly through the cell membrane into the cell-culture medium for collection and purification. MultiCell+® is a highly purified preparation. Biological potency is determined by measuring the increase in the body weight induced in hypophysectomized cells. MultiCell+® may contain more than 18% stem cell (SC)-related proteins. MultiCell+® is available in 2mL, 5mg ampoules for single dose administration. Each 2mL, 5mg ampoules contains of 2.69 mg (approximately 18 IU) stem cells (SC 127), 1.02 mg Poloxamer 188, 1.26 mg Nonribosomal Peptide and Water for Injection USP q.s. The pH is adjusted with sodium hydroxide to give a pH of 5.85 + 0.1.
